The loop cap
The returns desk's loop keeps asking the model until it answers. How many passes should it allow before it gives up and hands the customer to a person?
A hundred customer messages reach the returns desk's agent loop, and each needs a set number of passes before the model answers; four never will. The panels show how many the loop answers, the day's bill at a million conversations, and the worst single conversation's cost. Raise the cap and more finish, while the stuck loops cost more.
On a narrow screen the three panels stack. The dial stays above them, and the table scrolls sideways.
try this Drag Passes before a person takes over from 1 to 20 and watch The bill keep climbing after 12.
