HTTP Server: Concurrency

The board behind this lesson. Follows HTTP Keep-Alive, and hands off to HTTP 07: Chunked Encoding.
Before you start. This series builds a small copy of a web server, the program that answers when a browser asks for a page. Think of a connection as a phone line held open between the server and one visitor’s browser. So far the server can pick up that line, hear what the visitor asks for, and answer. It can also keep the line open for a second question instead of hanging up after every reply. The catch: it serves one visitor at a time. It finishes with one line completely, then picks up the next, and everyone else waits.
